High school basketball is in full swing and there has been three full days of games. We are going to highlight some of the top performers so far this week.
2018 F Skyler Turner (Layton) is less than seven months removed from a torn ACL injury and looks like he is in full form. On Tuesday he put up 21 points in a win over Ridgeline. The 6'6 Forward is able to score inside and from the mid-range. He has the ability to play at the D2/NAIA level.
2018 G Sinai Enoch (West Jordan) is a player we have mentioned several times before as a player who should have a break-out year. He has not disappointed and this week he had 29 points in a two point win over a talented Jordan team.
2018 G Ben Neilson (Riverton) the quick guard lit up Fremont for 29 points including six three pointers. After seeing him in person I really like his game and is a small college prospect.
2019 F Hank Bushell (Bonneville) has a breakout game versus Northridge as he went for 26 points and 12 rebounds. Bushell is a small college prospect that score in the paint and also step out and hit the three.
2019 G Christian Rich (Highland) is a dead eye shooter and lit up Park City for 22 points. He is turning into a guy that could averaged 18 plus a night.
2019 G Rylan Jones (Olympus) stole the show against a very good Bingham Team. He ended with 24 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Jones is proving he is worth the University of Utah giving him a scholarship.
2019 G Landon Brenchley (Ridgeline) had his best game of the year with 27 points in a close win over a good Canyon View team. He is having a huge junior year so far as his scoring average in right around 20 points per game.
