We will be highlighting the top players from all of the highly populated counties in the state of Utah. To start us off will be Weber County which includes seven high schools.
2020 Dallin Hall 6'1 Guard (Fremont) recently transferred from powerhouse Lone Peak High School. Hall is one of the top 2020 players in the entire state of Utah. He is a knock down shooter and has a nice handle which allows him to get in the paint. Hall should be a huge contributor for 6A Fremont this year.
2018 Alex Lamb 6'1 Guard (Roy) is coming off a solid junior year where he averaged 10 points per game. Lamb is a long armed-athletic guard who is really good at getting to the hoop. I love the way he can play full court defense and he always guards the opposing teams best player. Lamb has several JUCOS that are interested.
2018 Keon Berghout 6'6 Forward (Ogden) is coming off a junior year where he was a role player as the Clarke twins ran the show for Ogden. This year I expect Berghout to be a main contributor and average near a double-double. He is a small college prospect
2018 Zach Taylor 6'7 Forward (Fremont) is a versatile player that can play inside and out. He has all the potential to be a D-1 player but has only proven to only play well in spurts. Taylor had several games last year where he dominated with double-doubles.
2018 Ben McBride 6'8. Forward (Roy) is a skilled big man that can shoot the ball from deep and has solid post moves. McBride has been more agile and is looking to have a breakout senior season.
2018 Kobe Furqueron 6'6 Forward (Weber) is a stretch four that can really shoot the ball from deep. He had a nice junior season as he averaged nearly 8 points per game. I expect his scoring average to jump considerably.
